User content. Files and links created through QRBox are provided entirely by users. QRBox does not review, monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for user-uploaded files or the destinations of user-created links.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or link to, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You must not upload or link to content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or abusive.
No warranty / no liability. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRBox and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from files or links shared through the service, or from the service being unavailable.
Removal. We may remove any content and disable any link at our discretion, including in response to abuse reports or legal requests, without notice.
Changes to the service & pricing. QRBox is evolving. Features, limits and quotas that are free today may in the future be changed, limited, moved to a paid plan, or introduced as new paid options; prices and plans may also change. We may update these terms at any time. By using QRBox you accept that the service and these terms can change over time, and your continued use after any change means you accept it. We'll try to give reasonable notice of major changes, but are not obligated to.
